Some Other Questions You May Have-

RSVPing/ Booking Your Room Reservation- When you RSVP yes, please be sure while you're already on the site to reserve your room with your down payment, as there are no room blocks. You must do this to reserve your spot to guarantee a room at the resort! The deposit is $150/pp to secure a spot and you can pay until 65 days out from the wedding.

-There is a 3 night minimum, and we ask that everyone come in by Thursday the 28th (day before wedding). Please do NOT book directly on the resort site as this incurs a cost to us personally going outside of our travel vendor.

It is recommended you book your room right away for the 3 nights when you've confirmed you're coming. You can modify your room and length of stay after, but best to reserve your spot right away! The rest of your room payment can be paid however is best suited for you (weekly/monthly/one-time, etc.), with final payment due 65 days prior to the wedding date (June 22nd), which is also when any final length of stay/room type changes should be made.

Can't Make It? :-( If you do not plan to attend, we understand, will miss you, and look forward to celebrating at a later date! We ask that you please select "No" for each individual in your party, as soon as you have made this decision, so we can keep our resort planning team updated.

Wedding Party- Please ensure you give yourself time for arrival, baggage claim, transfer to the resort, and check- in in order to be present for Thursday afternoon rehearsal events (exact timing to follow), allowing time for any unanticipated flight delays and transfer from the airport to resort. We plan to arrive the Tuesday before the wedding if you desire coming in early.

Transportation To & From The Resort- Guests should coordinate flights through airline of their choosing. Cancun & Tulum airports are closest to the resort. Please fly in and out whenever you would like, as long as you are in by Thursday, August 28th. Destify will assist in coordinating shuttles for our guests to & from both airports but Cancun will have more shuttle options, so please be sure to promptly provide any information requested. You will receive the details for your airport transfer ~7 days prior to departure. If you are flying in to Tulum, reach out to Destify about this transfer airport as this is a newer airport.

Events- There will be updates provided closer to the date on the Wedding Itinerary tab, including event details, so please be sure to check back here often. There will also be events going on around the resort that you can choose to participate in a smaller group setting, or on your own to make the most of your vacation time how you please! When you check in at the resort, your designated UNICO 20°87° host can share more about the resort offerings available to you and help with booking these (mixology and art classes, restaurant reservations, cabanas, etc.) We want you guys to make a vacation of out this weekend!

Passports- For existing passport holders, please double check your passport does not expire near the wedding date. If you do not have a passport, please apply for one well in advance. We ask that you have your passport no later than 30 days prior to travel. Please be sure the names you RSVP & book your room with match the name on your travel documents. Plus Ones & Children- If you have been given a Guest, please be sure to RSVP with the correct spelling of their name and include them with your room booking. We would love for your little ones to join in the fun at the resort, but this resort is for 18+, so please enjoy your time away!
